Is it possible to have an auxiliary fuel tank fitted, which does not occupy much space in the truck bed just to extend the range of my RV. I would appreciate any tips from those who have done this.

The weight factor should also be taken into consideration when fixing an auxiliary tank. With a well planned trip you can avoid refuel at appropriate times during your trip.
