Quotes and Terms of Service
RV on Call Price Quotes and Terms of Service shall be confirmed by customers in advance (approved via online forms) before RV on Call will schedule an appointment, order any parts or supplies, or begin service work.
Quotes will be sent via email which includes a link to the online form. The sender name will appear as either Info@RVonCall.com or Mail@WixPriceQuotes.com. Quotes shall be accepted by the customer using the Accept button (or whatever wording signifies confirmation of quote) in the online version of the quote, and then RV on Call will be notified automatically that that step has occurred. If the customer is not able to accept the online quote for technical reasons the customer may alternatively verify quote acceptance by sending an email to info@rvoncall.com indicating they have reviewed and agree to the quote.

Once the quote is accepted the customer will immediately/automatically receive another email from RV on Call that provides a web link to RV on Call’s Terms of Service online form, which collectively includes 1) Terms of Service, 2) Disclaimer, and 3) Privacy Policies. The customer will need to review and electronically sign and submit the Terms of Service. If the customer is not able to electronically sign and submit the online version of the Terms of Service for technical reasons, the customer may alternatively verify their agreement by sending an email to info@rvoncall.com indicating they have reviewed and agree to RV on Call’s Terms of Service.
Once RV on Call has received 1) the accepted quote, and 2) the signed Terms of Service, RV on Call agrees to perform the work and order any parts or supplies on behalf of the customer as specified in the accepted quote. The customer will then be contacted by an RV on Call representative (or approved contractor) to schedule their service appointment date and time. Appointment options will be for a specific start time (not an appointment “window”) at the earliest mutually convenient date/time for the customer and RV on Call, and based on the expected arrival date of any parts and supplies that have been ordered for the service appointment.
Customers will be invoiced after work is complete. We do not accept third party payments - the person named in the accepted quote is responsible for payment. If a different party will be paying that person needs to be identified in the quote, then accept the quote, then accept the Terms of Service.

Quoted rates also include mileage and travel costs which are further described at https://www.rvoncall.com/faq. See below for more information regarding purchasing of parts and supplies, appointment cancellations, and invoicing.

Parts and Supplies Purchased for Customers
Customers may elect for RV on Call to purchase parts and supplies for mobile RV service on their behalf. When this is requested, RV on Call will first attempt to source parts through its wholesale providers. If parts are not available through those providers, RV on Call will attempt to procure at the most cost-effective rate through other retailers. Once item availability and pricing has been determined, RV on Call will name the part(s)/supplies in the quote and identify the cost(s) in the quote. Once the quote is accepted by the customer RV on Call will order part(s) on the customer’s behalf and have the items shipped to the customer’s location. Customers will then be invoiced for the part(s) along with the final invoice for services.
Once a customer accepts a quote, any parts and supplies subsequently purchased by RV on Call are then owned by the customer and the customer is responsible for reimbursing RV on Call for the cost of the items. If a quote has been accepted and RV on Call has ordered parts - and then the customer modifies the scope of work or cancels service with RV on Call - the customer will be billed for the cost of the items plus a $45 processing fee. Items will not be returned on the customer’s behalf when the customer has subsequently declined service after parts have been ordered.

If RV on Call orders an incompatible part it will be RV on Call’s responsibility for returning parts and obtaining the correct item. If that situation occurs the customer will not be billed for the incompatible part. However, if a compatible part was ordered and verified by the customer in the quote - and then the customer indicates a preference for a different make and model of the item - the customer will still be billed for the original item.
If parts have been ordered for a customer and RV on Call subsequently cancels service (see Right to Cancel Service, below) the customer will not be charged for the cost of the part or the $45 processing fee.
Right to Cancel Service
RV on Call reserves the right to cancel service at any time, before or after a quote has been accepted, and regardless of whether a service appointment has been scheduled.

Diagnostics
Any diagnostics performed are an assessment of current conditions, and not a commitment for RV on Call to render future service.

The customer is responsible for paying for diagnostics time and associated travel costs, even if the issue cannot be resolved, is outside of the capacity of RV on Call, or if the customer does not wish to hire RV on Call again for subsequent follow up work.
In rare circumstances RV on Call may determine after diagnosis or service work has begun that we cannot complete a job. This can occur if, after further on-site investigation, we discover the issue is more complex than initially understood and beyond our capacity to resolve in a mobile setting (i.e. the work may require specialized tools or equipment typically found in a full RV service center). If this situation occurs we will stop work immediately and advise the customer of the situation. Should this occur, customer will only be responsible for paying the actual labor time spent on the job up until the discovery was made, as well as mileage, travel time, and sales tax.

Customer Notification in the Event that Final Costs Exceed Original Quote
Final invoice may be different than initial quote based on further investigation of requested service. We will obtain customer consent if, during the course of service work, RV on Call determines the actual level of effort necessary to complete service is projected to exceed the initial accepted quote by more than $150. If additional work is not authorized the customer agrees to accept the work "as-is" and pay the agreed-upon invoice.

Invoicing and Payment
By accepting an RV on Call quote the named party agrees to pay final invoice as agreed to in the quote within three days after completion of service (with any adjustments for time as noted in previous paragraph above). Final invoices will not be adjusted downward if actual level of effort to complete service is less than was anticipated in the original invoice. RV on Call's payment system uses the highest level of customer privacy protection. Quotes and invoices are inclusive of any separate transaction fees charged by any of RV on Call's payment services.
An invoice will be sent via email after work is complete. Payment shall be made within three days of receipt. If invoice is not paid after three days a $30 late fee will be added. After six days this amount increases to $50, and after 10 days the amount increases to $60. Third party payments are not accepted - the person named in the invoice and having agreed to the Terms of Service is responsible for payment.
A secure payment link will be attached to the invoice where payment can be made online by credit card or Paypal. If paying through either of these methods the invoice will automatically update to show that it is paid.
Alternatively, payments can also be made by Venmo or Zelle. If choosing one of these options a receipt will be emailed after payment is processed.
