RV on Call offers secure web and mobile payment options.

Invoices include an online payment link to Wix.com secure native payment platform. Wix is RV on Call's web hosting service and all payments via the platform are PCI, ISO, and TLS compliant, incorporating the highest levels of cardholder data protection, network security, and financial encryption. We also accept paper checks.

A Paypal option is also provided in the Wix Payments link. Direct Paypal payments to RV on Call can be made at paypal.me/RVonCall

Venmo 

RV on Call accepts payment from Venmo for customers preferring a mobile payment option. Direct Paypal payments to RV on Call can be made at @RVonCall.

Zelle 

RV on Call also accepts payments via Zelle, which is a free money transfer service offered through many major banks. Zelle payments to RV on Call can be made at info@RVonCall.com

RV on Call makes payment easy and takes your privacy seriously. Customers can utilize one of four web-based options regardless of whether the job is a standard service item booked in advance or a custom situation on short notice. A username and password is not required for check-out, and the highest level of information security is provided via our hosting provider, Wix.com.

Flat Rate / Standard Service 

Standard services such as cleaning, inspections, preventative maintenance incorporate a flat rate structure, where the rate is guaranteed regardless of labor time. A quote will be generated in advance and include will include mileage, driving time, and sales tax, and a surcharge if the RV is over 30 feet. We invoice after work is performed. Please see the FAQ for more details regarding rates and quotes.

Houly Rate / Custom Services

Custom services such as diagnostics, repair, and installations incorporate an hourly rate structure. A quote will be generated in advance and we invoice after services are performed. The invoice will include the hourly rate plus parts, mileage, travel time, and sales tax. Please see the FAQ for more details regarding rates and quotes.

Wix Secure Online Payment 

Rates + Free Quotes

Free quotes are generated for both standard and custom services if 48 hours of notice is given in advance of service date.

Quotes include costs for parts, labor, and mileage, and driving time, and are inclusive of any separate transaction fees charged by payment services. RV on Call's Terms of Service are included in each quote. Please see the FAQ for further discussion of rates and quotes.  

Scheduling with RV on Call

As a part-time business RV on Call schedules work on nights and weekends. An online booking calendar will be available soon showing open booking slots. Until then please contact us to discuss availability and we will work to accommodate your schedule as best we can. We may need to schedule two visits depending on the requested work and necessary diagnosis, and in most cases we prefer advance communication to confirm the make/model of the RV, your location, and the service or issue you need help with. Please see the FAQ for more discussion of rates and whether two trips are needed to generate quotes.     

Invoicing + Payment

A quote will be generated in advance for all services and we invoice after services are performed. RV on Call's quotes and invoices include costs for parts, labor, mileage, and travel time, and are inclusive of any separate transaction fees charged by payment service. Invoices include two direct payment options, either through Wix Secure online payment or Paypal (see more these options below).

Alternatively, customers can also choose to pay outside of Wix's native payment platform either through Venmo or Zelle. Invoices include complete instructions for all payments options.
