Tires need to be replaced one time or other. Tires are expensive and hence most people do so only when they absolutely have to. Fortunately, RV tires can last for a long time or at least until the expiry date. It is advisable to have tires inspected in the third year and thereafter probably every year until the tires are unusable. As a general rule it is better to replace them after five to six years rather than waiting for a blowout to happen.

When selecting the right tire for your RV make sure to check the manufacturer's recommendations and choose a tire with a load range that can support the weight of your RV. Note that radial tires have better heat dissipation, wear more evenly, and offer better fuel economy, whereas bias ply tires have a stiffer sidewall and are more durable, but offer a rougher ride. It's important to choose the correct tire size for your RV and a tire with a speed rating that matches the maximum speed of your RV. Choose a tire with an all-season or all-terrain tread pattern if you plan to travel in areas with varying weather conditions. In general, consider your budget and balance the cost with quality when choosing the best tire for your RV.
